Continue to avoid fish that are high in methyl mercury in your weight loss plan.  Other foods, such as sushi, raw milk products, and deli meats, are less risky these days, but you should still take reasonable precautions to avoid food-borne illnesses. Alcohol is a potent central nervous system depressant with a wide range of effects. The amount you consume effects how drunk you will get.

The effects of alcohol change over time. When you first start drinking. You may feel relaxed. But the more you drink, the more side effects you begin to feel, like blurred vision and slurred speech.

Confusion is also caused by drinking. You may get confused and very emotional, less likely to respond to pain. If you get in a fight while you are drunk, you will not feel the pain until the alcohol wears off.

Stupor is another short term effect of alcohol. In this condition movement is seriously impaired and you may lapse in and out of consciousness. You can slip into a coma and become completely unaware of your surroundings. At this point, the risk to the body is very high due to alcohol poisoning. Loss of body functions can begin like losing control of the bladder, breathing and heart rate.

Drinking large amounts of alcohol can lead to coma and even death. If you want to avoid these risks, the best way to do it is to avoid alcohol. You can start being effected by alcohol from the very first sip, whether you realize it or not.

Excessive doses of alcohol can cause long term as well as short-term side effects. Some of the long term effects are: slowing, blurred vision, vertigo, amnesia, ataxia, and hangovers.

A new study shows that the involvement of the family in food and spend a suitable period on his desk could keep the thinnest children.


The British newspaper The Daily Mail, researchers at the University of Illinois They found a possibility to reduce the parents their children's risk of obesity, simply by making them sit longer on the dining table.


The study showed that only three extra minutes on the family dining table that can help in the fight against childhood obesity.

Scientists have noted that the factors that play a role is likely to communicate the importance of scheduling food.

The researcher responsible for the study Barbbara Veilles, that children who sit together for more than 20 minutes mealtime four times a week, weighing significantly less than children who leave the table after 15 or 17 minutes.

The researchers looked at mealtimes for more than 200 families, They tested the cumulative effects of socio-economic factors, and the behavior during mealtime for families with children in primary school.

The researchers found that families that said, involved mealtimes is important for family life were less likely to be with children suffering from obesity.

It was found that families that talk more and interact with each other more positively during eating were more likely to have their children unharmed and weight naturally.
